SORBERTEX® 3D P42

SORBERTEX® 3D P42 is one of a series of evolutionary new non-woven, textile based, sound absorption materials. It combines a light-weight non-woven scrim, with incorporated flow resistive technology, laminated to a light weight lofted sound absorbing textile.

SORBERTEX 3D P42 was developed in response to demand for a thinner lighter, higher sound absorbing insulation for the marine, HVAC and whitegoods markets at a more economic price point. Innovation and technology have resulted in a product that offers the highest sound absorption at the most important frequencies combined with excellent mechanical properties.

SORBERTEX 3D P42 range provides excellent NRC values at substantially reduced thickness compared to other textile based absorptive solutions.
